For best fit, please measure your index finger. Take a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger, like the pictures. Then draw a line with a pen and measure the distance, that will be your inner diameter needed.

I have now had it for three days. and everything seems very fine, et measure my heart rate my sleep my fitness when I ride a bike very well. when I compared to my Garmin the data is about the same.
Additional feedback: I have now had it for a little month the function of the Ring is good the battery is good. Only thing not so good, is tracking of Sport the screen on the phone have to be Open, I have not yet manage to get a whole workout on the ring. But still I don't use it for tracking workout, and the other functions are great.
